Deposits will be refunded based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of return. Any damage to the vehicle or missing items will result in deductions from the deposit amount.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation made before the scheduled pickup date will result in a full refund of the deposit. However, if the rental is paid in full and there is a shortage of stay, there will be no refund, except for the refundable deposit.
